Birth and Postpartum Doula Services
A Doula is an emotional support person during your prenatal, labour, birth and postpartum experience.
We come along side as an extra tool in your birth bag; supporting, educating, and empowering you and your partner/hubby through the whole birth journey. Whether you choose a home or hospital birth; we support all families!
We provide you with prenatal education, text support throughout your pregnancy, prenatal visits, continuous physical, text, and emotional support during your labour and birth. We educate your partner on how to support you best, and come along both of you during the birth process, as we work as a team to help you achieve your desired birth experience.
Its a given, that our primary outcome is always, healthy baby and healthy mom, but we also believe your experience matters too. Your birth stories shape you and guide the rest of your motherhood journey, and we want to help make that a positive one!
Research shows that having continual support such as a doula; may help reduce the need for medical intervention, c section and pain medication. Birth Doulas have also been shown to increase birth satisfaction rates.

Birth Doula Premium Package
2 prenatal visits. First one is a full 3hr intensive with Crystal where she will educate you on all things birth! Second one will be to go over your birth plan and get to know us better too:) I want you to feel safe and connected.
Unlimited text support at signing of the contract, during daytime hours.
Access to my lending library
Monthly check ins from signing of contract till 36 weeks. Daytime texting and email access at signing of contract.
Unlimited 24/7 text support at 38 weeks till birth of baby
Continuous in person or through text support during early labour, continuous physical support during established labour till 1-2 hours after birth of baby.
2 postpartum visits(1 hour each) to process your birth story, support with breastfeeding, and mental health check in.
Investments: $1425( 50% Deposit due at signing of the contract, rest is due at 37 weeks. (Payment plans and CC options available)

Birth Doula Express Package
This is for our second, third or fourth times. Also, any previous client! Maybe hubby works out of town, or you have no family around to watch other kids, so you need that extra support at the hospital. Maybe you are 40 weeks pregnant and we have a last minute spot for you:)

Continuous support during the labour and birth of your baby!
One prenatal visit to go over birth wish list and to chat about previous births. One postpartum visit to unpack your birth story and check in on you.
Investment: $1200(Deposit Due at signing of contract, rest is due at 37 weeks.

Post Partum Doula Package-Set for Success Package
Bringing Home baby can be daunting to new parents. Having an extra set of hands can be so helpful and bring piece of mind as you enter this new role of parenthood. This package provides you with 2, 4 hour home visits.
During these visits(usually in the first or second week) we support you with breastfeeding, newborn care, naps, emotional support, a calming presence, a listening ear, and light housekeeping(think baby's laundry or a load of dishes), and meal prep if needed.
Investment: $295 Full payment due at signing.

Post Partum Doula Package-The first 40 days-currently not available
For those who need long term extra hands. Whether its twins, multiple children, for mental health reasons; we got you mama! This package provides you with 2 meals, and 6 weeks of postpartum support(20 hours a week-4 hour shifts), to get you through this fourth trimester. As postpartum doulas we are here to give you a calm presence, emotional reassurance, encouragement, rest, guidance, naps, light housekeeping(think baby's laundry and a load of dishes) as well as meal prep or grocery and errands running.
Investment: $4495 bi weekly payment options available on request
Hourly rates are available as well for $40hr(min 3hr visits)
NOTE: this is for Chilliwack area. Outside of Chilliwack(Hope, abby, agassiz and harrison) require a $20 a day travel fee.
